Is there an app or Special hardware needed?
There’s no app or special hardware required. Our solutions are browser-based and use existing devices. All you need is a WiFi or cell connection. We recommend bluetooth earbuds for participants using audio translation.
How long does tech setup take?
We’re proud to be the easiest platform you’ll ever use. Account setup takes less than 10 minutes and training for tour guides takes less than 30. You’re up and running in less than an hour. And guests joining your events understand our UI intuitively – and not just because it’s fully localized into 130+ languages.
Can event settings and surveys be customized?
Yes. You have full control over the pre- and post-event surveys, event RSVP emails, and interactivity settings for events. If you don’t want to share the transcript with guests or let them send questions, you can disable it for any event.
Are there per-user costs?
There are no per user costs and no limit to the number of users. Pricing is based on the number of events and conversation minutes you expect to need for the year. We’ll work with you to provide pricing for the package that’s aligned with your goals. Monthly pricing is available as well.
